Event Itinerary

After taking into consideration of the concerns raised about the slight complication for transport on Sunday, we have come up with a revised itinerary to hopefully make it more convenient to our delegates to be able to come on time. Late attendees will still be allowed to enter, so don’t worry even if you can only arrive slightly later.

Here is the revised itinerary:

1015 – 1025    : Opening Remarks by the Emcees and Speech by the Coordinator
1025 – 1040    : Officiating Speech by the Representative of the ASEAN Chair
1040 – 1115    : Opening Keynote Address by Tan Sri Tony Fernandes
1115 – 1230    : Political – Security Session (Forum, Q & A)
1230 – 1345    : Economics Session (Forum, Q & A)
1345 – 1500    : Lunch Break, Networking Lunch, Visiting the Booths & Prayers
1500 – 1615    : Socio – Culture Session (Forum, Q & A)
1615 – 1630    : Break
1630 – 1715    : Corporate Panel (Forum, Q & A)
1715 – 1725    : Special Address by an ASEAN Youth Representative
1725 – 1755    : Closing Keynote Address by H.E. Mr Sayakane Sisouvong
1755 – 1800    : Closing Remarks by the Committee and Adjourn
