Places to visit

Thinking of spending the weekend in Warwickshire? Experience the area’s rural charm with our recommendations:

Warwick Castle

Built in 1086, Warwick Castle is rich with history and adventure. Walk through its luxurious interiors, climb up its towers and take a stroll across the beautiful gardens.

The Parade

Royal Leamington Spa’s town centre is home to a variety of shops and independent cafes with sophisticated Regency architecture. If the weather’s good, we recommend visiting Jephson Gardens, where you’ll find a lovely cafe in a greenhouse.

Birthplace to William Shakespeare, Stratford is a market town steeped in history. Watch a play in the Royal Shakespeare Company’s theatres or visit the various buildings and exhibitions associated with Shakespeare’s life.
